The winding unit was developed for winding foam pipes and profiles after extrusion. This dual-reel winder is simple, compact, and can be operated by a single operator by manually feeding the pipe into the machine.

This is followed by automatic winding of the tube in a coil and final manual unloading of the coiled tube.

The winding system is equipped with a touchscreen panel for measuring the tube length and setting the speed and tension control parameters.
