The high-speed foam corner production machine was developed to significantly increase the production capacity of companies supplying specific types of PE foam protective corners and custom-designed products.

This automatic foam corner production machine requires minimal labor. One operator is sufficient to feed the profiles into the foam cutting machine and control the machine via the touch-screen panel.

The PE foam cutting machine is capable of cutting “V” shapes from different types and sizes of profiles or tubes. Each machine is equipped with a fully automatic corner welding system that allows for precise and fast production of polyethylene corner protectors. Parameters are easily set and displayed on an LCD panel with the possibility of setting continuous product cutting/welding. Products are automatically collected on a conveyor belt and transported to a selected box.
