ALEMO bubble wrap extruders offer advanced technological solutions for the production of bubble wrap film and bags directly from polyethylene (PE) pellets. Thanks to the patented Bubble Master All-in-One system, ALEMO enables the production of bubble wrap bags in a single step (in-line) starting from PE pellets, eliminating intermediate stages and significantly increasing the efficiency of the production process.

ALEMO has also developed the 10-layer Bubble Master Coex technology, designed for the production of lightweight, high-performance bubble wrap film, with a basis weight starting at 15 g/m². This innovative solution allows for extensive use of recycled materials, including Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) and Post-Industrial Recycled (PIR), contributing to more sustainable and efficient production of protective packaging.
