Thanks to ALEMO’s high-efficiency twin-screw extruders, raw material consumption is reduced by up to 25% and energy consumption by up to 40% compared to tandem extruders.

PROCESS STABILITY

ALEMO designs and develops its machinery based on the production process, thereby achieving high uniformity in foam thickness across the entire width. It is also possible to produce EPE and EPP foam on the same extruder.

LONGER SERVICE LIFE

ALEMO machines are designed to operate at peak performance for many years.
The first ALEMO EXT120 foam extrusion line has been in operation since 2008 at full production capacity.

MINOR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

In the production of foam sheet, for every 1 kg of PE foam produced, the carbon footprint is reduced by more than 1 kg compared to other systems, thanks to sustainable technologies and optimized processes.
